"Frank Warner performed most all the preliminary ground-work for our new building...including surcharging the building foundation site. Warner Construction worked closely with both the general contractor, Whitaker Labs and the City of Savannah to assure that all the work he was responsible for was performed per site design. In summary, Frank was responsible for all the ground work on this $2,000,000.00 job. The end results are more than satisfactory. We've had absolutely no ground related issues at all over the two years since the job was completed and being a high volume trucking company that speaks volumes as far as the quality of his work is concerned. I would recommend his services without reservation."
